Contact requests

The contact forms collect your name, email address, phone number and message. Submitted information is stored privately so the business can review the enquiry. A notification containing the submitted fields and submission metadata is emailed to the configured business inbox. Submission metadata includes the date, time, page, browser information and IP address. Contact messages are not published on the website.

Comments

Comments collect a name, email address, optional website address and comment, along with submission metadata. Approved comments display the name, website link, comment and date publicly. Email addresses and private submission metadata are not included in the public comment display. Comments may await moderation. If you select the separate save-details checkbox, the browser can remember your name, email and website for up to one year; you can uncheck it to remove those saved details.

Necessary security

Cloudflare provides hosting and form security. A secure, HttpOnly form-security cookie is used for up to one hour. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to help prevent abuse; this security remains available when you reject optional services. Short-lived security counters are also stored privately. Contact messages are not saved in browser storage as drafts.

Your optional choices

Analytics and the Google map start off. You can accept, reject or select these purposes separately, and reopen Cookie settings in the footer. Your choices are kept in this browser for up to 180 days. Missing, invalid or expired choices leave optional services off. If the browser blocks preference storage, the website explains which choices can apply only to the current page.

Analytics

If you allow Analytics, the site saves a random analytics identifier in this browser for up to 180 days and sends Google Analytics the identifier and the public page address and title. Search text, contact fields and comment form contents are not passed to Analytics. The Analytics code runs in a separate restricted frame that cannot read those forms. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this website's configuration. Withdrawing Analytics removes that frame and the site's saved analytics identifier.

Google Maps

If you allow Maps, Google receives the request to show the location map and may process technical information and storage under its own policies. You can use the directions link without loading the embedded map. Withdrawing Maps removes the embedded frame. Storage controlled by another provider or origin cannot always be removed by this website.

Storage and retention

Stored enquiries and comments remain in the site's records until an authorized team member removes them; no automatic deletion schedule is currently configured. Restricted recovery backups also retain captured records. Website code is maintained separately from these private records. Optional settings do not delete an enquiry or comment already submitted.
